An educational institution specialising in hospitality management is looking to recruit a Lead Qualification Team Leader to manage the Lead Qualification Team and appropriately deal with leads. This client provides accredited educational programmes offered on seven campuses across the world.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Daily management of a team of 3 people
* Dealing with incoming leads to try and qualify them and pass on to the conversion team
* Responsibility for monitoring the performance of Student Enquiry Officers
* Set up and publish regular reports on the team's KPIs
In order to make a success of this role, you will have proven experience in sales and marketing management, including managing a sales team and reporting on a CRS system. You must also be an advanced level user of Salesforce and be willing to get involved with the qualifications of leads as well as managing the team.
