A regulated awarding organisation and approved apprentice assessment organisation which designs and develops qualifications and assessments to inspire people to fulfil their personal goals and drive their careers forward are recruiting for a Lead Independent End- Point Assessor to join their passionate and talented team.
As someone who is qualified to Level 5 in Health and Social Care as well as holds assessor and IV qualifications you will be instrumental in preparing the organisation for the delivery of end-point assessment and build the independent assessor team.
You will be involved in assessing the performance and knowledge of learners and ensuring overall standards are maintained throughout the independent assessor team, including ensuring all assessment reports and evidence are high quality and recorded accurately.
You will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to take part in regular training and standardisation activities for the assessor team as well as ensuring that assessors maintain service level agreements and deal with any risks and issues encountered during the end-point assessment process such as any suspected malpractice/maladministration. You will also support with any appeals regarding assessment decisions.
This role will require remote working and travel from time to time where it is necessary to undertake assessment appointments.
