This is an immediate start L&D Officer role working for a dynamic National Charity. Based in the City near some of London's most historic buildings, you'll have the opportunity to work as part of busy and growing organisation.
This L&D Officer role is imperative to the growth and development across the organisation, and its key objective is to work with the managers across its various service centers to understand their needs and implement and help deliver relevant Learning and Development strategies to help the organization meet its overall strategy and goals.
You'll be required to coordinate the day to day L&D activities & annual calendar, reviewing professional development plans of all staff, and organising relevant training accordingly. In addition you will provide the induction to all new starters and volunteers, as well organising relevant work away days and leasing with external trainers.
This is a permanent headcount and the successful post holder will be able to apply for the permanent role as well.
Those with experience in a similar L&D role ideally within a Charity, who are keen to expand their skills and be afforded the opportunity to work in autonomous way should not hesitate in applying, whether they are interested in the temporary or possible temporary to permanent opportunity.
