I am working exclusively with a brilliant non-profit education organisation on a permanent L&D Advisor role located in central London. Through extensive training this organisation creates world class teachers, leaders and trainers for the Further Education sector.
They are based in the heart of London near Victoria tube and train station. Their office is modern, and the HR team is friendly. The organisation is looking to double in size over the next couple of years so it is an exciting time to join.
The L&D Advisor will play a key role in the development, delivery and evaluation of all learning and development events and training sessions within the organisation. The L&D Advisor will be the sole L&D specialist and you'll work very closely with the Head of HR where you'll report on the L&D activity on a monthly basis. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the HR team as well provide generalist HR advice and support to line managers and other employees on HR issues at busy times.
The ideal HR candidate will have an extensive L&D background and have previously worked in a HR role for a non-profit organisation. You must be CIPD qualified (level 5 and above) with a good knowledge of HR processes. My clients looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams, building long term relationships.
