Our client is a very well established multi-award winning, faith based charity and winner of previous Best Employer award.
The L&D advisor is responsible for delivering the annual staff survey as well as a number of other key projects. Some of those projects include working to develop their new Learning Management System as well as implementing and evaluating training and development across the organisation, utilising the most appropriate methods (including eLearning).
The post holder will be an excellent communicator as they will be supporting managers and individuals across the whole organisation.
- Support the Learning & Development team in providing a high quality, effective and professional HR service across the charity that meets staff development needs and ultimately improves organisational effectiveness.
- Supporting the delivery of HR projects or to deliver smaller projects independently; Projects include - 1:1 and performance management, coaching schemes, career development programmes, capability and team building, engagement including staff survey and conferences. This role will include some training delivery - but appropriate train the trainer support will be offered.
- Identifying and delivering a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts and learning tools, including e-learning, work based learning, workshops and/ or blended learning solutions (including materials) to meet team and individual learning and development needs.
It is essential that you have previous L&D experience, including; conducting learning needs analysis, identifying appropriate learning interventions, training, course design, delivering training and evaluating learning interventions
