TPP Recruitment are working with a well known housing association who are looking to appoint a remote IT Trainer on a 6 month fixed term contract to provide training to their remote workers on core business platforms.
As the IT Trainer, you will be joining a small team who are working to make a real difference to the way training is provided to their staff group. Your focus will be on developing and delivering training in a remote working environment, using virtual classrooms, e-learning and video to support their workforce in adapting to remote working.
The training content will focus on three main areas:
1. Supporting the Information Management change programme
2. Driving Data Quality Improvements
3. Making best use of Office 365 for collaboration
To be considered for this role, you'll need to hold a professional teaching or training qualification and must be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
-Designing, authoring and editing virtual and blended training using Articulate 360, Storyline and Rise
-extensive experience delivering Office 365 training
-designing, delivering and evaluating training materials and programmes for business applications software
-working with stakeholders to identify learning objectives
It will be advantageous if you also have experience developing videos using Camtasia and have worked with in-house development teams, third party application developers and solution providers.
It will also be important for you to be a self-motivator and problem solver with the ability to plan and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
