This is an immediate start on going interim IT Support Officer role working for an international charity.
Reporting to the Director of IT and working as part of a wider team the successful IT Support Officer will be responsible for supporting the team in delivering an effective service to the wider organisation in a timely manner.
Day to day duties of the interim IT Support Officer will include;
- Trouble shooting laptops
- Administering share point staff
- Security and website access
- Assisting with Mobile Device Management
- Handling 2nd line and 3rd line enquires in a timely manner
- Assist the wider team with ad hoc asset management
Applicants for position of IT Support officer must be able to start asap and a proven track record in handling 2nd line and 3rd line complex ticket is essential. As this is a business facing role excellent communication and customer service skill set are required.
