This is an immediate start on going interim IT Support Officer role working for one of UK's largest membership association based in the City of London.
Reporting to the IT Manager and working as part of an IT function of 4 people, you'll be solely responsible for managing the IT helpdesk, responding to queries, and resolving 1st and 2nd line issues. In addition, you will get to complete daily systems checks, maintaining the centralised system, installing updates and as well as replacing hardware. You will troubleshoot workstation, server, phones and manage conference Audio - Visual equipment.
Working as the IT Support Officer you will have the opportunity to assist on projects, and applicants must have excellent communication skills as this is a Front House role, working closely with many internal and external stakeholders, as well as setting up new users.
This IT Support Officer role is based in the City of London, a location which offers overground and underground access. Applicants must be immediately available and have experience in a similar role.
