A well known national charity is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their small but dynamic helpdesk. This role does have the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to staff and volunteers
- Accurately record reported issues on the IT service management system
- Support IT upgrades and installation of hardware and software
- Provide a high level of customer service for all support queries
- Experience of working in a customer facing IT support role
- Experience operating Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Experience using an IT service management system
