A well known, UK charity is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join them on a temporary basis, for initially 3 months, to help them provide 2nd line support to their multiple offices.
- Provide remote 1st and 2nd line support to 3 offices across the UK and remote workers
- Set permissions, reset passwords, set up meeting rooms and screens
- Manage the helpdesk ticketing service
- Help with any adhoc IT issues
Systems to be familiar with:
- Office 365
- Office 2010 & 2016
- Windows 7 & 10
The successful candidate will need to have at least 1 years experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support. They will also need to be familiar with the systems listed above. If you are immediately available and meet the requirements then please apply online ASAP. Interviews to be held next week.
