Title: IT Helpdesk Support
Type: 6 months Fixed term contract
This is an exciting opportunity working for one of UK's Public Sector organizations who are seeking for an experienced IT Help Desk Support to ensure the day to day running of the IT Helpdesk.
The successful candidate will provide 1st/2nd line IT Support across the business, including network and printing support. In addition you'll be first point of contact for all IT issues, troubleshooting, solving hardware and software problems, and assisting in the instillation of new technologies.
Applicants must have experience in 1st line IT support, and be competent user of Mac OS, and CASPER. In addition, good knowledge of TCP/IP, and printer servers and support including Equtric would be ideal.
