I am working with a charity in London who are currently seeking to appoint an experienced IT and Facilities professional starting in February 2020. The position of the IT and Facilities Administrator would report directly to the Facilities Manager providing 1st line IT support and ad-hoc duties.

Job requirements:

  • Working onsite as 1st line IT support handling hardware and software queries
  • Communicating daily with the external IT company
  • Arrange for issues such as toilet etc to be fixed
  • Ordering stationary and managing office supplies
  • Providing support where needed for company events and functions
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office

Skillset:

  • Ideal candidate will be an IT professional with good facilities/administration skill
  • Will consider someone with a strong background in Facilities but must have IT Service desk experience
  • Good at building relationships
  • Highly organised and able to multitask
