INTERNATIONAL TRAINING AND COACHING PROJECT COORDINATOR

A membership body which develops leadership management and governance across the UK?s universities and HE colleges is currently recruiting for a Consultancy and International Project Coordinator to be responsible for its inhouse and international training programmes.

The Consultancy and International Projects Coordinator will also coordinate in house development programmes, international programmes, related events, coaching and organisation development projects.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

  • Coordinating major training and development programmes in the UK and overseas
  • Provide support for other client consultancy projects (UK and International)
  • Support organisation development and coaching projects
  • Providing information related to specific projects and specified countries of operation
  • Respond to enquiries about possible coaching and consultancy projects, providing information and advice to actual/potential clients
  • Act as client relationship manager for a range of smaller projects and programmes (e.g. facilitated awaydays, and standard in house programmes)


Key experience for this role includes:

  • Experience of working in a training & development environment
  • Basic knowledge of learning and development practises (eg training life cycles)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience of managing projects, and admin/support of a business activity
  • Ability to arrange event logistics
