You will be the 'go to' person for financial advice to both directorates and be a key part of the decision making process. You will provide leadership to both the International and Partnerships finance teams through managing a staff team of circa 6 or 7 people.

You will be a qualified member of a Chartered Accounting Body, eg. ACCA, CIMA, ACA, ICAS, have extensive experience of working for an international development organisation, have significant expertise on institutional donors compliance, and be able to demonstrate a track record of effective process improvement.

Join this exciting and expanding team in an organisation that believes that disabled people should have the freedom to live their lives the way they choose - with the opportunity and support to live independently, to contribute economically and to participate fully in society.
