Opportunity for a senior fundraising specialist to join a charity that is working to improve the life chances of young people in an interim capacity as Partnerships Director - covering while the role is recruited on a permanent basis.
The TPP Fundraising and Development team are delighted to be supporting a leading education charity with the search for an interim Co-Partnerships Director. Working in partnership with another Director, this is an interim role to provide cover while a permanent replacement is found. Candidates looking for anything between 3-5 days per week will be considered for this role which will report to the CEO and share responsibility for the development and delivery of the charity's fundraising strategy.
Between the two Directors, the role will manage a team with a diverse range of income streams - corporate partnerships, low/mid-level giving, trusts and foundations, partnerships within the further education sector, and major donors - with a combined income of just over £2m per year. The post also oversees the Communications and Digital team with oversight of external, internal comms and annual comms plans/strategy.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will a confident line manager, with expedience of managing small/medium sized teams. You will have broad fundraising skills and experience (in particular high-value fundraising), with excellent written and oral presentation skills. You will have good knowledge of finance and budgeting, and will be comfortable working with finance colleagues to develop income pipelines, actuals and forecasts.
