Are you an experienced Fundraiser within Individual Giving, looking for a challenge in your next role? Would you like to work towards large income targets? How does £1.7 million sound?
I am currently working with a Woman's Rights charity in search of their new Interim Individual Giving Manager to join them on a fixed-term contract for 9-12 months, offering a salary ranged in between £35,719 - £38,966.
The main aspect of your role requires you to be responsible for recruiting, retaining and developing individual donors to increase the overall income of the Fundraising and Marketing strategy. A large part of your role also includes creating and monitoring budgets.
As part of your managerial duties, you will have 2 people reporting into you - one Fundraising Marketing Officer and one Fundraising Data Officer. Throughout the year, volunteers join to assist in collecting donations, which you'll also be overseeing.
This is a chance for you to get involved in an exciting and busy role within a great creative team. It is imperative you are able to demonstrate key knowledge and experience of fundraising, particularly direct marketing (both donor development and donor acquisition), and have an understanding of database marketing and GDPR.
If this role sounds like something of interest to you, please do not hesitate to get in contact with me to find out further details.
