Based a short walk from Shakespeare's Globe, this International Development Organisation, is looking for an Interim HR Manager to join their organisation to cover an absence due to maternity leave.
For the next 12 months, you will be reporting directly to the Head of HR and expected to act on behalf of them when necessary. You will have numerous tasks while in appointment, the first being the successful leadership of the HR team and provide motivation and coaching to all members of staff in the team. Another important task is the implementation of the HRIS project as well as review and update the HR policies with consultation of team members.
You will also be the first point of contact to recruitment and expected to provide it in an effective and timely manner, as well as assisting on senior ER cases when needed; this will involve encouraging a more supportive performance management culture.
As a Chartered Member CIPD, you will also be expected to manage the job evaluation process and be an active member on the job evaluation panel. You will need experience in either direct line management or even a matrix structure; with the ability to coach team members in either scenario.
