This is an immediate start on going temporary to permanent role working for a UK based Charity. Reporting to the Head of Operations your role will be split between managing the day to day running of the HR and Operational functions.
Your duties will include;
Completing the on boarding process of all new starters
Putting together & delivering induction for all new starters
Managing probations, and the relevant paper
Advising on relevant policies including maternity, paternity sick leave etc
Coaching and advising managers on ER queries and cases
Assisting the Head of Operations with complex ER cases, disciplinaries and hearings
Managing the IT outsource providers, and other relevant procurement spreadsheet
Review and update the current H&S policy's, look after other generalist office administration and processes
Applicants for this role must have relevant HR experience ideally within a charity, as well as relevant CIPD qualifications. Experience of office management & operations would be preferred but not essential, although an interest is necessary.
This is an ongoing interim role that may well possibly become permanent and applicants must be immediately available to start or on a short notice period.
