The TPP Fundraising and Development specialists are supporting a household name International Development organisation to recruit an Interim Head of Philanthropy.

This organisation works actively in communities across the world, as well as responding to emergency situations to ensure women and girls living in poverty have more opportunities and freedoms. With an income of more than £50m they have a significant impact globally.

As Interim Head of Philanthropy you will provide strategic leadership within philanthropy as well as building on existing success and income to match ambitious, but achievable growth targets. You will be managing relationships with HNWIs, program experts, trustees and senior leadership. Managing a team, you will work in both strategic development and in an operational capacity.

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Experience in developing significant income through philanthropy, developing and nurturing relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • To be able to work collaboratively across teams and countries.
  • The ability to build a successful strategy to achieve the targets, managing a team to succeed.
  • Experience of managing cultural change within an organisation, using your influence to further to goals of the organisation.
