Our client, a leading educational charitable foundation based near Victoria are seeking a Head of Membership to join them on a temporary basis.

As an experienced Membership professional who has a proven track record of having grown a membership, you will utilise your strategic insight to drive your team forward. You will use your operational approach to provide oversight on budget and products. If you consider yourself to be a strong negotiator and have had involvement in the utilisation of digital avenues in increasing membership, then this opportunity would be one to consider.

As Head of Membership you will be responsible for:

Lead the development and implementation of strategy to grow membership.
Work across departments to plan and monitor growth strategies.
Increase levels of member engagement, and the quality and impact.
Work with the Digital Manager to oversee continued development of systems.
Oversee the operational plan for delivery of initiatives and projects.
Create and manage annual budget through the membership year.
Present plans to internal and external stakeholders whilst identifying partnership opportunities.
Oversee the maintenance of existing membership policies and processes.

As Head of Membership you will meet the following criteria:

Proven track record in achieving membership growth at management level.
Line management and cross departmental experience.
Experience in being involved in the use of digital avenues or projects to positively affect growth.
Track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets, such as acquisition and retention.
Significant experience planning and delivering commercial product strategies, setting vision and objectives.
Experience using CRM to analyse and plan membership engagement and growth.
