Interim Finance Officer

This is an immediate start on going interim Finance Officer working for a Not for Profit organisation based in North London, a short walk from Belsize Park Underground station.

Working as part of a wider finance function the interim Finance Officer is responsible for all operational accounting.

Day to day duties will include;

  • Processing accounts payable invoices
  • Setting up and completing payment runs
  • Processing all staff expenses and managing petty cash
  • Ensuring that all cash receipts and advances are processed accurately
  • Handling supplier queries and setting up new suppliers

This is a fulltime role working 35 hours a week and my client offers hybrid working with the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week. Applicants must have experience in a similar role ideally within the a charity/not for profit space. Prior working knowledge of accounting software such as PS Finance is ideal, as is working knowledge of Excel.
