This is an ongoing interim Finance Manager role working for Charity based a near Tonbridge in Kent.
Working as part of a small finance function and overseeing the work of a finance assistant you'll be required to manage and ensure the delivery of the finance functions.
You'll be required to complete monthly management accounts, including explaining finances and figures to the SMT, completing VAT returns, processing restricted and unrestricted income as well as producing and completing annual forecasts and budgets, and completing Year end accounts, including SORP accounts.
Applicants must hold professional accounting qualifications including ACCA/CIMA and must have experience in a similar role ideally within charity or membership organisation.
My client is happy for candidates to work part time hours (minimum of 28 hours) or full time hours (35 hours a week). A short walk from the main train station, they also offer parking for local candidates.
