This is an immediate start interim Finance Assistant role supporting a membership organisation for a period of 4 weeks. Working as part of finance team the successful Finance Assistant is required to support the team in completing year end processes.
The day to day duties of the Finance Assistant will include;
- Processing Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger invoices
- Maintaining the finance inbox and dealing with all incoming queried
- Completing payment runs
- Processing any relevant credit notes
- Forwarding relevant PO numbers and setting up nominal codes
The successful Finance Assistant Applicant must be able to start immediately. Having proven track in similar role is necessary and applicants must be able to demonstrate that they can carry a variety of tasks. Prior working knowledge of Sage 200 is also required.
