Are you an experienced Finance and Operations Manager seeking an interim opportunity? I am working with an Arts organisation seeking to appoint a Finance and Operations Manger to support their Finance, HR & IT teams as well as advising on all financial transactions and processes. You will report into the COO and be a apart of the senior management team in an organisation of 50 employees.
Manage all financial controls and preparing monthly management accounts and cash flow are in order
Support producing quarterly budgets and forecasts
Ensure balance sheets and all financial information is accurate
Monitor and maintain general ledger and sales ledger including credit control
Support budget holders, preparation of reports to trustees and lead on annual reporting process
Manage and support 2 direct reports within the finance and HR team
Oversee recruitment process for all operations roles
Ensure all operational policies and procedures are reviewed regularly.
Maintain relationships with Landlords and the tenants ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
As the interim Finance and Operations Manager, you will either be part qualified or qualified by experience. You will need to have experience with both managing financial operations as well as overseeing HR, IT Administration teams in a similar sized organisation. You must be confident with operational management, supporting budgets and forecasts. This temporary role is to start in January 2022 and financial /operations management experience is required.
