This is an interim bookkeeper role working for a national charity based in Central London. Working as part of a small finance team of 2 people and reporting to the Finance & Operations Manager you'll be responsible for processing the income from multiple income streams during one of the busiest times of the year. In addition, you'll be responsible for managing the petty cash, running payment runs, completing credit card payments, and dealing with general payroll queries.
Applicants must have experience of similar role ideally within the not for profit sector, and knowledge of charity income is preferable as is experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
This is part time role, working 20/21 hours a week. Ideally my client needs the successful candidate to work four hours a day, 5 days a week but they're willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
