This well-established health charity is recruiting an experienced Instructor Training & Performance Manager to a permanent position.
You will provide hands on management on various instructor training programmes and CPD events, managing relationships with National Trainers and manage instructor performance. Dealing with commissioners in negotiating pricing and capacity will be a vital skill required in this role.
This is a small sized charity (30 employees), with an inclusive and progressive working culture.
You will enjoy the benefits of working within an organisation that exudes genuine passion for their cause. An interest in mental health and the impact you will contribute towards in teaching people to identify, understand and help a person who may be developing a mental illness would be massively beneficial.
