A new role has been created for an Insight Manager within a leading university. This is a permanent position based in North West London, paying £42,759 to £49,160 per annum plus generous benefits package.
You will be responsible leading on the development and evolution of the University's insight strategy. An experienced market or social researcher, you will work with the marketing team to ensure that all their activities are driven and supported by a deep understanding of their students from prospective students through external stakeholders to alumni. Developing a market insight and research strategy and associated yearly plans that will support:
- Growth in income and reputation in terms of student recruitment
- An enhanced student experience, along the whole student journey, from first enquiry through to enrolment and post-graduation; stakeholder and audience engagement
- Brand and reputation management and enhancement
This is a senior role within the Programmes and Insight team, and you will be involved in key strategic decision-making across the team, and will lead on the insight strategy. You'll be curious by nature and have experience in translating business questions into research objectives, helping to identify opportunities, and delivering recommendations and solutions. You'll be able to demonstrate strong experience in a range of market research methodologies, as well as in briefing external research agencies.
