Working as the Individual Giving Officer you will be responsible for campaign management of some of the key cash and regular giving campaigns in the programme. This role will see you do a mixture of supporting and managing a variety of acquisition and retention campaigns, delivered through direct mail, email, print, paid social and direct dialogue. Briefing external suppliers for both face to face and print, ensuring that campaigns are delivery on time and within agreed KPSs. You will be responsible for sourcing copy, images, and case studies for your own campaign creative.

They are looking for candidates who have proven experience of direct marketing campaign management, ideally from within the charity sector where you have delivered this through a range of marketing channels to exceed targets. You will be organised and able to project manage several complex campaigns simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills, this will include the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies. Experience of monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and producing analysis to recommend area to test and improve.
