An amazing home-based Individual Giving Officer position to work in a growing programme.
TPP's Fundraising and Development team are currently supporting an international children's charity as they look to recruit two new Individual Giving Officers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing charity that is investing in to furthering their individual giving and legacy programme and continue success within this area. You will play key part within the team, taking responsibility of running your own campaigns from start to finish. They are flexible on location with candidates either working out of their head office or being home based anywhere in the UK.

As the Individual Giving Officer, you will deliver fundraising campaigns aimed to secure new supporters for the charity across their individual giving programme which will include regular giving, cash, legacies and gaming. You will ensure campaign are delivered on time and within budget, take responsibility for creative and monitoring of campaign performance. You will take a test and learn approach to support in the growth of this programme by creating new fundraising products. You will also work along side your manager to develop their supporter journey to maximise support.
You will have experience in a direct marketing role within a charity, experienced running campaigns across a variety of different channels including direct mail, digital, telephone or door drops. You will understand the importance of data and the use of segmentation to drive campaigns. You will have experience in monitoring campaign results and reporting to senior members of the team. Experienced in managing relationships not only internally but with external agencies.
