The Fundraising team over at TPP are delighted to be working with an environmental charity who don't just only campaign for the environment but also promote the health benefits of the countryside on mental health. They are currently looking to recruit an Individual Giving Officer into their London head office.

As the Individual Giving Officer, you will support on several campaigns working to maximise the acquisition of new supporters as well as developing existing ones. They are currently putting a lot of investment into their Individual Giving programme this means you will play a key role in the growth and launch of several new products. You will also manage the delivery of their key campaigns across cash appeals, lottery and growth within their digital activities. You will also lead on the management of third part agencies that support with creative and print. Another area of the role will be the analysis of campaign results that will support the Manager of the team in strategic decisions.

They are looking for candidates to have previous experience successfully delivery direct marketing activities within fundraising. You will have experience across a range of marketing channels including print, digital and social media. Having strong interpersonal skills will be key to this role along with prior experience managing third party suppliers' relationships. Being confident in analysing campaign results and briefing database teams on data selections will be needed.
