TPP Recruitment are proud to be supporting an amazing disability charity who provide support and advice across the UK at all ages. They are currently on the hunt for an Individual Giving Officer to join their very successful Fundraising team who have had a phenomenal last two years, with many more to come.

Working as part of this very successful team the Individual Giving Officer will be play a vital part in the development and delivery of the fundraising programme across both acquisition and retention. The programme currently consists of cash appeals, newsletters, raffles and stewardship communications using direct mail, email, mobile and digital. There is also the opportunity to test and implement new ideas all supporting in delivering against ambitious targets. You will work along side your Manager in the management of supplier relationships across creative agencies, copywriters and print suppliers. The role will also give you the opportunity to engage a number of people across the organisation, working with them to gather information and case studies to develop compelling supporter communications.

The ideal candidate for this role will have proven hands on experience managing the day to day delivery of several successful direct marketing campaigns. You will be confident in data selection as well as analysis campaign finding and reporting back to senior members of the team, including opportunity that arise. Experience in briefing and managing the relationships with outside agencies/suppliers is key to the successful delivery of this role. They are also looking for someone who can bring creative ideas to the table, new approaches and ways to run their campaigns.
