TPP Recruitment are currently supporting a well-known health charity as they look to recruit a Individual Giving Officer into their London based head office. The role of Individual Giving Officer is an exciting one where you will have the opportunity to work across both acquisition and retention campaigns using a variety of different channels. Working as part of the Individual Giving team the post holder will be responsible for creating income through the engagement and development of donor using proactive and planned communications. In line with the charities values you will utilise a variety of different channels and approach to maximise income. The role will see you support the Head of the department in the creation of the team's strategy, supporting with ideas and directions that should be taken. You will also project manage the delivery of multiple income generating campaigns from the project plans to delivery and post campaign analysis. There will be a lot of engagement both internally to develop the campaign message and collateral as well as external agencies who will run several campaigns.

The role will suit someone who has a proven track record of working with in an Individual Giving role, successfully acquiring new supporters or developing relationships with current ones. You will be able to work with external agencies, giving them the briefings on campaigns as well as communicating through out the processes to ensure they are keeping standards up. It is crucial that the candidate is strong with analysing campaign data as a vital duty will be to analyse campaign results and be able to advise on improving campaigns in the future.
