An opportunity has arisen to join a leading disability charity as Individual Giving Manager. The charity delivers disability services, community projects, education and training resources which promote inclusion and wellbeing. This is an exciting time for the charity which is investing substantially in the fundraising team and aspires to increase voluntary income by 50% over the next four years.
You will work closely with the Head of IG to develop and deliver the IG strategy. The main focus will be on acquisition activities including inserts, F2F, church giving and online lead generation. Essentially you will work on a variety of traditional DM activities. You will be given the scope and creative freedom to develop the IG programme. You will also line manage a Senior IG officer.
This is a great role for someone who is looking for a step up. No prior line management is required. You must have DM experience within a charity context.

Flexibility is offered including working from home, flexitime and the option to work condensed hours. You will also benefit from 25 days annual leave, training and development opportunities from the Institute of Fundraising and a fantastic coffee machine.
