Salary: £46,600
Location: London head office
Hybrid Working Policy: 1 day minimum in the office, ideally 1 day per week.

What will you do? As the Individual Giving Lead, you will:
- Develop and lead a new individual giving strategy, aligned with the organisation's mobilisation plan.
- Drive the growth of supporter acquisition and retention, enhancing fundraising campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of digital engagement and traditional fundraising methods.
- Oversee the launch of a new legacy programme, helping to secure the future of the organisation's vital work.
- You'll have the support of a dedicated Income & Engagement Assistant and work closely with the Director of Income & Engagement to ensure your campaigns meet income targets and align with the organisation's strategic goals.

Is This You?
- You bring proven experience in individual giving, with a strong understanding of telemarketing, email, and direct mail campaigns.
- You're confident in crafting and executing fundraising strategies, and you thrive on achieve ambitious targets.
- You're skilled at building relationships, whether with internal teams or external agencies.
- You are data-driven and strategic, you know how to analyse campaigns and implement improvements.
