A well-known international development charity are looking for an individual giving officer to join the team. The team works to create and develop products and appeals to recruit and retain supporters.
I introduced their last team member who has got off to a flying start. The hiring manager also tailors your role to your strengths and is a strong believer in supporting personal development. This is a full time role however working from home time to time can be organised and there are flexible start end time. You can build up overtime which can be used as extra holiday (max 2 days extra a month)
In this role you will be working on a range of channels on both acquisition and retention (slight more focus on retention) much of this is achieved through direct mail, loose inserts, press ads, SMS and telephone, but can involve face-to-face campaigns, Direct Response Television advertising and email/online activity.
They are looking for someone who can demonstrate how they have made a positive impact in past charity direct marketing roles , including experience in developing a supporter journeys.
