A well-known international development / faith-based charity in London is currently looking for an Individual Acquisition Manager for to join their organisation for a period of 18 months (with the possibility of going permanent thereafter).

This charity has been out of the acquisition space for a few years, and are now investing in order to find someone to start a programme from scratch, set up new channels, undertake some testing and to try some new approaches. This is with a view to making the role permanent if it goes well.

They need someone with good solid acquisition experience and good grounding in DM principles, with evidence of having delivered interesting campaigns at another charity. You should be comfortable applying your skills in new areas (e.g. digital) and confident in setting up a new programme from scratch.

In addition, you should be able to show that you have set up a new channel or product and developed it successfully, and you should be able to bring the confidence for building a business case internally for further investment in this area. This role is essentially a blank canvass - which of course brings with it both opportunities and challenges!

The role will have 2 direct reports (permanent members of staff), so line management experience would definitely be a plus for this position.

If you are interested in this role or wish to register with TPP to hear about future posts, please call Andrew on 020 7198 6040 or send your CV to We do try to get in touch with all applications of interest however due to the volume of applications we receive this isn't always possible.
