A leading financial awarding body are recruiting for an Independent Assessor Manager to develop and implement arrangements for delivering key components of apprenticeship end point assessments as well as the recruitment, training and managing of Independent Assessors.

As someone with experience of quality assurance in an awarding or professional body context, and regulations around UK qualifications especially in regards to the assessment, moderation, standardisation and verification procedures you will manage the standardisation and verification of end point assessments as well as schedule and coordinate these in liason with employers, training providers and IAs.

This role will be ideal if you have worked on behalf of an awarding body or similar previously and which to be involved in the development of policies, procedures, guidance and other materials to ensure cost effective delivery of EPA components in line with the approved apprenticeship assessment plance and want to contribute to the wider policy development relation to apprenticeships and their assessment in this field.

As someone with the ability to quickly develop, or have existing people management skills as well have a customer centric approach you will also be responsible for managing rosk and incidents which could have an adverse impact on the delivery of EPAs and on apprentices as well as investigate allegations of malpractice or maladministration.
