TPP is currently recruiting for an Income (Innovation) Generation Project Manager for a leading children's charity. The role is permanent, based in London and paying £29,500 - £33,245 plus £3,366 London Weighting Allowance.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a brand-new team with exposure across multiple fundraising streams and provides a great springboard for future leadership roles. You will research and identify market opportunities across voluntary and commercial income. You will scope out the latest fundraising trends across all income streams. For example, you could be analysing what the best gaming products on the market are, to identifying the best sources of statutory income, as well as generating your own ideas. From this, you will develop financial modelling and business cases working collaboratively with the appropriate income stream team members. You will be fully responsible for the project management cycle and will see ideas through to testing, which will include running pilots and reporting results.

To be successful in this role you will have solid market research skills and project management experience. You will have a good track record in identifying business improvement or working on innovation projects within a charity or in a commercial context. From this, you will be able to confidently make recommendations for change using quantitative data/research. Finally, you will have excellent communication skills to present complex data to senior internal stakeholders.
