Are you an immediately available In-house recruiter with non-profit experience? Would you like to work for a growing charity offering remote working?

This international charity, launched in 2015 trains, coaches, and supports people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. They also solve a wide range of employer challenges including, skilled talent shortages, poor job performance, lack of diversity, and high turnover. They have offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Dublin and the post holder will be able to work on a fully remote basis.

They have placed over 50,000 people into roles (all of whom have suffered some form of barrier to work), working with over 5,000 employer partners to date across 16 countries and 30 professions.

This remote In-house Recruiter role paying £175 per day + holiday pay will join the charity initially for 3-months, helping with a key recruitment campaign. They are open to someone looking for part/time as well.

The key duties include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to recruit 18 positions over the next three months.
  • Working to generate a strong external talent pool for all open positions.
  • Using creative ways to increase the number of quality applications by effective use of social media, identifying relevant job sites, and membership bodies to reach the right talent pool.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job descriptions, advertising the job, sourcing and screening candidates, and offer management
  • Participating in panel interviews as a part of the recruitment process.

The In-house Recruiter will have strong experience of managing the end-the-end recruitment process in either an in-house recruiter or within a recruitment agency capacity. You will have the ability to manage several recruitment positions at once. The In-house Recruiter will be able build relationships with external and internal clients. A strong knowledge of applicant tracking software and digital recruitment tools would be very advantageous. Finally, the post holder will need to confident at working independently and to deadlines.
