Our client, a leading global Humanitarian NGO that plays a key role in emergency response across the world, has an exciting new role available for an experienced Humanitarian Protection Manager. This role will be London based with international travel and is a permanent opportunity.

Key responsibilities for this Humanitarian Protection Manager opportunity:

Be a first responder to large and medium scale humanitarian crises
Initiate, lead and support a humanitarian response
Develop the protection and inclusion capacity through training, coaching, mentoring and project design
Support and, if necessary, set up and manage the emergency response programme
Provide technical support for protection programming
Advise and support regional and country offices and partners on strategies

As an experienced Humanitarian programme manager who is used to emergency response settings globally, your confidence in reacting quickly will be crucial to delivering on the focus of your role. You will be able to demonstrate your experience developing and implementing protection and inclusion
programmes in humanitarian contexts. As a natural leader you will be used to delivering training and capacity building in this space. This role will require significant travel and flexibility at short notice from the right candidate.
