My client are an international not-for-profit organisation who's goal is to encourage and inspire policy and practice relating to international development and humanitarian issues.
They are now looking to grow their HR team by recruiting a brand new role in the form of a HR Systems & Projects Adviser to join their friendly and hard-working team on a permanent basis.
TPP have previously placed a candidate within the HR team and we're happy to say they are still in the post and enjoying their role in an inclusive and rewarding environment.
The next stage now is to implement a brand new HR system. Within this role, you will implement, embed and continiously improve the new HRIS. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will also develop and implement a revised reward strategy. This will be a challenge and will suit a candidate who will enjoy a detailed focussed role as well as understanding and supporting the aims of a strategic HR function.
We appreciate some of the language could be new to you, but our client is very open minded regarding your professional background and I am more than happy to talk you through the role in more detail.
As you settle in to the role, you will take on a more operational and project-orientated HR role. This can include a variety of project-work including strengthening focus on people management, appraisals, learning & development, return on investment, salary benchmarking, gender pay audits and pension schemes and contract management.
This is ideal for those of you who have previously procured HR systems and project management.
