TPP are working with a leading Higher Education organisation who are looking for a HR Systems Analyst and an initial 12 month contract basis to join them. The organisation has 3 locations across central London and the opportunity is pivotal in supporting HR management systems.
The HR Systems Analyst will be supporting the HR Systems Manager on all aspects of data quality while becoming a key contact for system queries. The HR Systems Analyst will ensure standard operating procedures, templates and checklist exist for all processes and systems while identifying any gaps in HR management information. The opportunity will also support a project lead initiative involving a transition to a new HR system across the organisation and you would be pivotal in the introduction to end users.
To be successful for the HR Systems Analyst position, previous experience with HESA is essential along with the ability to support the HR team with key management information reports. Experience of payroll methodologies and data conversions is required along with the ability to explain complex issues to a wide range of personnel confidently is needed. A flexible approach to role will be required to support both the HR team with essential reporting while also delivering on the HESA project introduction.
The organisation is one of the world's leading Higher Education providers with 3 locations across central London. The opportunity is initially offered as a 12 month fixed term contract and the possibility of extension should the role and delivery project require this. The role is currently working remotely but may change to flexible office based over time.
