We are currently recruiting for a HR Resourcing Advisor. This is a full-time position on a fixed term contract until December 2023 with the option of hybrid working. You will be based in either London or Cardiff.

It is desirable that you are CIPD level 5 but not essential and we would welcome applications from candidates with relevant work experience . This is an exciting opportunity that has arisen to work for a trade union with membership of close to half a million

£33,261 per annum, plus £4,611 London Weighting per annum if applicable

Role

The role is based in the People & Organisational Development Department. As the HR Resourcing Advisor you will support the Resourcing Manger with full recruitment process and services as well as project work related to resourcing.

Duties

  • Be the main point of contact for all recruitment activity for hiring managers and stakeholders

  • Communicating and liaising with all job seekers

  • Providing guidance and advise on the recruitment and selection process

  • Working in partnership with HR Advisers and HR Business Partners related to resourcing activity.

  • Writing reviewing and updating adverts, job description & personal specification

  • Support selection processes by assisting with interview questions, assessments, and documents for hiring managers

  • Look to source candidates and attract and the best talent for the organisation,

  • Promote employer brand as vacancies via website and social medial

  • Overseeing applications from the recruitment inbox

  • Sending interview confirmation

  • Complete pre-employment checks

  • Generate recruitment reports

  • Assess the recruitment processes and look at areas that can be improved.

  • Undertake HR projects to then implement best practice.
