Do you have experience in a fast-paced environment and can provide high-quality support to a wide variety of project stakeholders then this is the role for you.

TPP are working with a state of the art Urban Innovation charity based in central London who is seeking an HR Systems Project Manager for a fantastic new role. The successful candidate will join the organisation at an exciting time of growth, and will be key in understanding the improvements that can be made.

The role is a 6-month fixed term contract and the client is willing to be led by the market and experience of the successful candidate for this role.

You will:

•Lead a six-month project to optimise the workflows and processes relating to their application Tracking System,
•Develop the project plan, coordinating internal and external resources for delivery, and act as an agent of change to ensure the system is well adopted into the organisation and works efficiently.
•Utilise appropriate change management techniques to ensure successful implementation of the system optimisation and workflows, integration into recruitment practices across the business, and improved understanding and utilisation of the system by end users.
•Work with the People and Organisational Development Team to understand the most efficient workflows pertaining to recruitment, and to scope out the full capability requirements of the system. 
•Make recommendations for process improvements that aim to enhance both the quality and efficiency of the hiring process, including establishing appropriate baseline measurements and performance indicators for system performance.
•Project manage the system optimisation, ensuring that the deliverables are managed on time and within budget.
•Work with senior managers and hiring managers across the organisation, taking a highly consultative approach, to ensure they have bought into the system functionality, understand the improvements it will make to their operations, as well as developing and delivering training to these users to build their understanding.
•Ensure the system becomes part of the fully integrated recruitment process
•Write, develop and implement all associated collateral to ensure the system is rolled out across the organisation including but not necessarily limited to: standardised email templates, standardised job description templates, training documents and user manuals. 

Candidate requirements:

•Proven recruitment experience in design, technology, urban, sustainability or built environment/architecture industries, with experience across all aspects of recruitment including: requisition, talent management, talent pools, head-hunting, interviewing, selection, hiring manager partnering.
•Demonstrating good commercial awareness.
•Comfortable dealing with people of all levels in person, and over the phone including the remote management of consultants.
