This organisation has had a really eventful 12 months, with an upcoming period of change and growth. Having recently moved into a lovely modern new head office, they have now established a new vision, strategy and values. The HR team has a new People Strategy in place and have recently begun to implement an exciting new cultural change.
This reputable organisation are now looking to recruit an Interim HR Partner on a fixed-term contract of an initial period of 12 months maternity cover.
As a core team member, you will spend the majority of your time focussing on the Employee Relations casework, dealing with a variety of case management & complex ER issues, leading up to tribunals. As you settle into the role, these will lead up to tribunals and you will also get to enjoy having a strong influence on the Senior Management team, influencing on key areas such as monitoring & analysing management information & trends, advising Senior Managers on such themes.
This role is also gives you a fantastic opportunity to facilitate a number of change management projects which include significant involvement in restructures, redundancies & TUPE's. You will also have responsibility to update policies, implement new strategies such as reward strategies and take on long-term organisational-wide projects.
