This exciting and integral HR position will be focusing on a number of key areas. This will include managing the HR team on an operational level including management of numerous recruitment campaigns and sitting on interview panels for important hires. The HR Operations Manager will advise and support colleagues at all levels on complex ER issues, ensuring that best HR practice is always carried out. Amongst other things, this role will allow the post holder to design, research and oversee the HR induction programme along with other learning opportunities. The post holder will prepare the monthly payroll report from their HRIS (SelectHR).
The chosen candidate will have excellent communication skills and will have worked in a similar HR role for a non-profit organisation before. You'll ideally have experience of using SelectHR and be confident at preparing accurate data for the monthly payroll. Strong interpersonal skills are essential along with being CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above).
