Our client is an international charity that is responsible for a significant amount of incredible work to help those in need in developing countries. They boast a friendly, upbeat and professional working culture and are now looking for a HR Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. Salary for this role is paying £25,000.
The charity has a really eventful 12 months and with a great deal of expansion, this is likely to continue for them.
As a core team member, you will report into the HR Operations Manager and lend your skillset throughout the HR team to ensure that all administrative and transactional work is supported and carried out to a high standard.
You will enjoy a healthy amount of variety to this role. This will include assisting and responding to HR system queries in a constructive manner, inputting any changes to employee records which includes new starters, leavers, absence and contract extensions.
As you settle in to the role, you will also update organisation charts for monthly publication and support the HR Business Partner with various recruitment activities. Your audience will also include external candidates as you arrange interviews and testing sessions and produce offer and rejection administration. If you are coming at this from a payroll angle, liaising with payroll to help resolve queries will appeal, updating payroll logs and monthly changes. You will also have responsibility for supporting HR Business Partners with HR initiatives and work in collaboration with the rest of the HR team.
