This is an immediate start 6 months FTC, working for International NGO. Working as part of the HR Services team, you'll play an essential role in helping the department deliver its services to the wider business.
You'll be solely responsible for managing the compensation and benefit for all staff which will also include payroll, pensions and insurance. Whilst payroll is outsourced you'll need to make sure that the process is a smooth and efficient one.
Excellent stakeholder management is a key element of this role, as you'll be required to manage stakeholder relationship with key suppliers including occupational health, insurance and travel. You'll be presented with the opportunity to review pension and healthcare providers carrying out tenders, and procurement. In addition, you will oversee the work two members of staff, an HR Administrator/HR Officer. Line management experience is not an essential part of this, but prior experience would be advantageous.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with experience in a similar role, who have an excellent knowledge of payroll, and UK Employment Legislation. Knowledge of project work is ideal but not essential and excellent Excel skills is an essential requirement of this role.
