HR Manager (part-time)

I'm working with an international animal charity on a 12 month part-time HR Manager (Monday-Wednesday). The charity works in developing countries to make long lasting improvements to lives of both the animals and their owners.

You'll be working from their London office which they moved into very recently. They currently have 120 employees in the London office. The office is very modern, has great facilities and offers lots of agile working. They're a short walk from both Bank and Aldgate tube stations.

This important HR Manager job will need to be knowledgeable and provide high level HR support to the charities UK teams. You'll be managing the HR Coordinator and work closely with two key directorates. The main responsibilities include overseeing the UK recruitment with the help of the HR Coordinator. Other key areas of the job will be leading on ER, Employment Law issues, reviewing HR policies and working on key projects.

The HR Manager role is a job share and you will be working Monday - Wednesday (21 hours per week) and will need to be a HR generalist. As you'll be dealing with staff of all levels you must have excellent communication skills and be very approachable. All potential applicants must be qualified to CIPD level 7 and be able to commit to working Monday-Wednesday each week.
