You will have the luxury of an exciting and varied role, providing generalist and strategic HR guidance to to the SMT and other senior external stakeholders.
Day to day you can expect to be involved with DBS and reference checks for staff, overseeing relocation specifics including; airport transfers, hotels, bank accounts and accommodation assistance.
The scope of the role also encompasses employment issues in relation to teaching staff, training requirements for inpats and liaison with border and immigration agencies.
You will also be responsible for more generalist duties including supporting probation and performance management processes as well as providing senior staff with employment law updates to keep them abreast of issues which may affect recruitment and management of staff.
- Experience producing Relocation Packs
- Proven experience in supporting complex HR casework - grievances, redundancies etc.
- Providing HR support to an expatriate/international workforce including visa applications
- CIPD Qualified or Diploma in HRM
- Educational background is desirable
